Who we are
unbland is a product of ndesign, a design studio in Israel. You can reach us at hello@unbland.dev.
Buying an effect
Checkout is run by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, issues your receipt, and handles payment disputes. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s terms.
Prices are in US dollars and may show in your local currency at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future purchases; that never affects what you have already bought.
What you receive
A download link immediately after payment, for a ZIP containing the effect, its instructions and its licence. What you may do with it is set out in the licence. The library includes the effects in the library on the day of purchase; effects released later are sold separately.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Support
We answer questions and look into problems by email, usually within three working days. Support covers defects in the effect itself. Installing an effect in your project, adapting it, or design work around it is not support; ndesign offers it as a paid service.
The demos on this site
The live demos and recordings are here so you can judge the effects before buying. They are not a licence: the demo builds are restricted to this site and may not be copied or used elsewhere.
Ownership
The effects, this site and its content belong to ndesign. A purchase gives you the rights in the licence; it does not transfer ownership.
No warranty
The effects are provided “as is”. Each one states which browsers and platforms were tested and which were not; anything not stated as tested is not warranted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from an effect is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights that the law of your own country gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day of that purchase.
